Over 15 waterfront properties available. All our weekly rental homes are directly on mLake Gaston and require a deposit of $200.00 to reserve them. This is held as a security deposit when you check-in and pay the rent and sales tax. | |||
 | All have a dock for swimming, fishing, and tying up your boat. The boatlift and the inside of the boathouse are not included in the rental. | ||
| All are air conditioned, have a telephone, cable/satellite television, and a DVD player. | ||
| They come with pillows and bedspreads, but guests bring their own sheets and towels. | ||
| All our homes are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed, of course, outside the home. | ||
| Check-in is Saturday between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. | ||
| Check-out is no later than 11:00 am the following Saturday. | ||
| No visitors are allowed. | ||
