The Lake Gaston Water Safety Council is a non-profit 501(c)(3), public service organization formed to: Promote safety in all water related programs and activities. Promote a common meeting ground and forum for its members.Coordinate public information/activities on water safety. Provide demonstrations for civic and business meetings to promote recreational safety programs. Distribute water safety information through all appropriate news media, road and waterside posters. Provide free recreational safety kits to the public.Maintain liaison with other water and safety related organizations.
Meets last Wednesday of the month from January thru October at the Kennon House Restaurant at 6:30pm.
